I heard years ago that using the kill switch was safer on the electronic ignitions and using the key to turn off the bike could fry your wiring. Don't know if it is true but have always used the kill switch since.

He didn't even mention the cruise control or the up/down quick shifter, but they're also damn amazing. If you get a saddle pad for this thing it's not bad for longer rides, maybe 4 or 5 hours a day max with fill up breaks.

But when you find the bike in the shop more than you expected...... :O And don't worry about checking the tightness on your nuts and bolts either, after all, the break in wont affect those either. Tuff guys cant wait, for the break in period to elapse. After all...machines NEVER BREAK due to abuse...right! cheers.

wow you did not stress how important the last steps are we spin the motor over with a ratchet 2 or more times to make sure if we screwed up we find it gently not with a starter bending valves or maybe even a rod..
